  • A return assessment fee of $100 may apply if the business picks up the faulty goods.
  • If the delivery address is more than 70 km from the nearest store, the customer is responsible for returning damaged goods.

  • Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the fault is confirmed, Right Choice Furniture may cover return shipping costs at its discretion.

Assessment and Processing Time:
