At Right Choice Furniture and Home Decor

1.  Placing a Pre-Order
•    A 30% deposit is required to secure a pre-order.
•    The remaining balance must be fully paid at least 2 days before delivery or pickup.

2. Estimated Delivery Time
•    The estimated arrival date for pre-ordered products will be provided at the time of purchase. However, these dates are subject to supplier availability and shipping schedules.
•    Delays may occur due to manufacturing, customs clearance, or shipping disruptions. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, we do not guarantee exact dates.

3. Changes to Pre-Orders
•    Once a pre-order is placed, modifications (such as changes in product selection, color, or size) may not be possible.
•    If changes are allowed, they may be subject to additional processing time or costs.

4. Cancellation Policy
•    If a customer cancels a pre-order before the product has been shipped, a 20% cancellation fee of the total order value will apply.
•    If the product has already been shipped or arrived at our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled and must be processed as a standard purchase.
•    In the case of unexpected supplier cancellations, Right Choice Furniture and Home Decor will offer a full refund or alternative product options.

5. Delays and Refunds
•    If a pre-order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, customers will have the option to:
a) Wait for the product to arrive.
b) Choose an alternative item of equal or lesser value.
c) Request a refund for the pre-order deposit.
•    Refunds for delayed pre-orders are only available if the delay exceeds 60 days from the estimated delivery date, unless otherwise agreed.
 

6. Warranty and Returns
    •    Pre-ordered products are covered under our standard warranty policy.
    •    Returns for pre-orders follow our regular return policy, meaning returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
    •    If a pre-ordered product arrives faulty or damaged, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a repair, replacement, or refund.
