Refund Policy – Right Choice Furniture and Home Decor

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items in accordance with Australian consumer law.
  • Customers must notify us of any product defects within 7 days of delivery and provide proof of purchase.

Refund Process:

  • Customers must contact us via email with a description and photos of the defect.
  • Right Choice Furniture will assess the claim and determine whether to repair, replace, or refund the item.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind purchases are not eligible for refunds.
  • Products that have been assembled, altered, or used improperly will not qualify for refunds.
  • Natural variations in materials (e.g., timber grain, leather creases, fabric pilling) are not considered defects.

Layby Refunds:

  • If a layby is canceled, a 20% cancellation fee applies, and any additional storage fees incurred must be paid before a refund is issued.

Returns and Shipping Costs:

  • If a refund is approved, the customer may be required to return the product at their own expense, unless otherwise stated.
  • If the fault is confirmed, Right Choice Furniture may cover return shipping costs at its discretion.
