Cancellation Policy – Right Choice Furniture and Home Decor

1. Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled before delivery; however, once a deposit has been made, a 20% cancellation fee of the total order value will apply.
  • If cancellation is requested after the goods have been received, a claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for review.

2. Layby Cancellations:

  • Layby agreements require a 30% deposit at the time of purchase.
  • If a customer cancels a layby, a 20% cancellation fee of the total order amount will be charged.
  • If goods have been stored for an extended period, additional storage fees may apply.

3. Returns Due to Change of Mind:

  • Right Choice Furniture does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
  • Customers are encouraged to carefully check measurements, colors, and product details before finalizing their purchase.

4. Cancellations After Goods Are in Transit:

  • If an order is canceled while goods are in transit or after delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
